防水防油整理剂 AG-E 081
AG-E 081 由旭硝子株式会社研发的防水防油剂，赋予各种纤维良好的防水防油性以及耐洗性；稳定性佳，受前道工序的残留物染料及拼用助剂影响小；不属于日本消防法的危险物，使用便利。

离子性：弱阳离子
溶解性：易稀释溶于水
二、使用方法
AG－E081通常通过浸轧法加工使用，标准处方的使用浓度根据对象纤维材料、纤维以及使用目的而有所不同。一般情况下使用浓度为：
AG－E081 40-80g/L
干燥条件 100~120℃ 1~3分钟
焙烘条件 150~170℃ 1~3分钟
注意事项
1.含氟加工剂通常具有加深颜色的效果。请提前确认好加工后的成品颜色。
2.可以拼用抗静电剂、柔软剂、渗透剂等其他助剂，请事先充分确认其相容性及对防水防油性的影响。调液时，请先将各种加工助剂至少稀释2-3倍以上后再混合。
3.稀释本品时请用40℃以下的水。加工中请将工作液温度控制在40℃以下。
4. 工作液的PH值请调节在7以下弱酸性，在强酸性和碱性的条件下会影响防水防油性能。
5.请尽早使用调配好的工作液，避免加工液的再使用。
6.请将布料充分洗净，尽量减少残留的亲水物或离子性物质。
7.由于树脂渣易堆积在辊筒上，因此辊筒干燥不是理想的方法。
贮 存
1.在搬运本品时，请穿戴合适的个人防护装备，不要将本品直接接触身体。
2.不得吸入本品的蒸气或雾气。请避免气化或雾化。
3.本产品请在5℃-35℃的范围内，避免直射阳光，密闭保存。在冷冻和长期高温下的保存，有可能对品质产生不好的影响。
4.将本产品从容器中取出时，请先搅拌均匀。

HOLPOSON® AG-E 081
AG-E 081 is a water and oil-repellent agent developed by Asahi Nippon Co., Ltd. It has good water and oil repellency, wash durability and stability for all kinds of fibers. It is little affected by the residual dyes and mix-used agents in the previous process. It is not a dangerous substance in the Japanese Fire Service Act. It is convenient to use.

Appearance: Milky white emulsion - yellow solution
pH: Acidic
Specific gravity (20 ℃): 1.1
Solid content: About 30%
Ionicity: Weak cationic
Solubility: Easily dilutable and soluble in water
Usage:
AG-E081 is usually used in padding. The concentration of the standard recipe varies according to the target fiber material, fiber and use purpose. In general, the use concentration is:
AG- E081: 40- 80g/L
Drying condition: 100-120 ℃ for 1-3 minutes
Baking condition: 150-170 ℃ for 1-3 minutes
Attentions:
1. Fluorinated finishing agent usually has the effect of deepening the color. Please confirm the color of the finished product in advance.
2. Antistatic agent, softener, penetrant and other auxiliaries can be mix-used. Please fully confirm their compatibility and influence on water and oil-resistance in advance. When preparing, please dilute all kinds of finishing agents at least 2-3 times before mixing.
3. Please use water below 40 ℃ when diluting the product, and control the working solution’s temperature below 40 ℃ during processing.
4. Please adjust the pH value of the working solution below 7 (weak acidic). Strong acidic and alkaline conditions will affect the waterproof and oil-proof performance.
5. Please use the prepared working solution as soon as possible to avoid deposition in the solution.
6. Please wash the fabric to be treated thoroughly to minimize the remaining of hydrophilic or ionic substances.
7. Since resin slag is easy to accumulate on the roller, roller drying is not an ideal method.
Storage:
1. When carrying this product, please wear appropriate personal protective equipment and do not touch the body directly.
2. Do not inhale the steam or vapor of this product. Please avoid vaporization or atomization.
3. Please keep the product in the range of 5-35 ℃, away from direct sunlight and keep it sealed. It is possible to have a bad effect on the quality if it is stored in freeze or constant high temperature.
4. When taking the product out of the container, please mix it evenly first.
