吸湿速干整理 HOLPOSON® Aqua-C
HOLPOSON® Aqua-C 适用于棉及混纺织物的吸湿速干功能整理剂，经本品处理后的织物，具有优良的手感，同时赋予纤维素纤维及混纺织物具有好的亲水、吸湿排汗性能。HOLPOSON® Aqua-C赋予天然纤维及其混纺织物优良的吸湿特性，用于绒类织物手感柔软、蓬松。

二、使用方法
1. 浸渍工艺：
HOLPOSON® Aqua-C 1 ～ 2 ％（对织物重）
温 度 30 ～ 40 ℃
时 间 15 ～ 20min
2.浸轧处理：
HOLPOSON® Aqua-C 15 ～ 30 g/L
轧液率 70 ％
浸轧 → 烘干(110℃×1～3 分钟) → 定形(150-170℃×1～2 分钟)
产品性能
1，HOLPOSON® Aqua-C使纤维接枝上亲水基团，赋予棉纤维优异的柔软的手感及亲水性能；
2，使棉及涤棉混纺织物具有良好的吸湿性，赋予混纺织织物优异的吸湿排汗性能；
3，使棉及涤棉混纺织物具有柔软、亲水，减少织物的擦伤、折痕、鸡抓印；
4，赋予纤维蓬松的特性，使起绒、起毛产品更丰满
5，产品冷水化料，均匀搅拌后使用方便
6，配伍性好，可与我司其他产品复配高浓产品。
注意事项
1.一般来说阳离子柔软剂、氨基硅油柔软剂、氟类、蜡类防水剂、阳离子固色剂、阳离子抗静电剂等容易影响吸水性。
2.对于荧光增白或极浅颜色，建议使用苹果酸或者柠檬酸浸轧。
3.请事前通过试验确认HOLPOSON® Aqua-C对各种牢度的影响。
4.化料时用冷水或温水（约 30- 40℃），可保证产品良好的加工稳定性和持久效果。
5本品对织物色光影响较小。
6冬天温度变冷粘度适当增加，不影响使用。
贮 存
HOLPOSON® Aqua-C包装：120KG 塑料桶，贮存期为 12 个月。 室内存放，避免高温、严寒。
Hygroscopic Quick Drying Finishing Agent
HOLPOSON® Aqua-C
It is a finishing agent suitable for moisture absorption and quick drying of cotton and blends. Textiles treated by this product has excellent hand feel. And it endows cellulosic fiber and blended fabrics with excellent hydrophilic, moisture & sweat absorption properties. Aqua-C endows natural fibers and their blends with excellent moisture absorption properties. When used for plush fabrics, it brings a soft and fluffy hand feeling.

Usage:
1. Impregnation method:
Aqua-C: 1-2% (o.w.f.)
Temperature: 30-40℃
Duration: 15-20min
2. Padding method:
Aqua-C: 15-30 g/L
Liquid retention rate: 70%
Padding → Drying (110 ℃× 1-3 minutes) → Heat setting (150-170 ℃× 1-2 minutes)
Characteristics:
1. Aqua-C grafts hydrophilic groups on the fibers, giving cotton fibers excellent soft hand feel and hydrophilic properties;
2. It can make the cotton and T/C blended fabric have good hygroscopicity, and endow the blended fabric with excellent hygroscopicity and perspiration performance;
3. It makes the cotton and polyester cotton blended fabric soft and hydrophilic, reduces the scratches, wrinkles and creases of the fabric;
4. It gives the fiber the characteristics of fluffiness, so that the fluffy and pilling products have a fuller shape.
5. It can be used conveniently after being dissolved with cold water and mixed evenly.
6. It has good compatibility and can be combined with other products of our company.
Attentions:
1. Generally speaking, cationic softener, amino silicone oil softener, fluorinated/wax waterproof agent, cationic fixing agent and cationic antistatic agent are easy to affect water absorption.
2. For fluorescent whitened or very light color, padding with malic acid or citric acid is recommended.
3. Please confirm the influence of Aqua-C on various types of color fastness through test in advance.
4. Dissolving with cold water or warm water (about 30-40 ℃) can ensure good stability in the process and the durability.
5. This product has little influence on fabric color.
6. Viscosity increases in low temperature in winter, which does not influence usage.
