Fixative with perfect stability to acid, designed to improve the wet fastness properties of dyeings and prints on all kinds of PA-fibers including polyamide microfibers and of wool.

ERIONAL FRN can be diluted with cold or warm water in all proportions.

After treating dyeings on polyamide and wool 尼龙及羊毛染色后处理
Rinse thoroughly once the dyeing is completed. Remove all remaining dyeing auxiliaries, especially cationic or nonionic substances. Add ERIONAL FRN to a fresh bath.
染色完成后清洗干净，去除所有残留的染色助剂尤其是阳离子或非离子成分，将ERIONAL FRN加入新的染浴
The uptake of ERIONAL FRN depends on the pH, the temperature, and on the quality of the polyamide.
ERIONAL FRN的摄取量取决于PH、温度以及尼龙的质量等因素
The required amount depends on various factors (e.g. dyes, shade depth and substrate) but will normally be within the limits given below. Preliminary trials are recommended.
FRN的使用量决定于不同的因素（譬如染料、颜色深浅以及底物），但是一般在下列限定范围内使用，建议大生产前先做试验

After treating prints on polyamide 尼龙印花后处理
ERIONAL FRN protects the white grounds of acid or 1:2 metal complex dye prints on polyamide during washing off.
ERIONAL FRN在尼龙水洗阶段可有效防止酸性（1：2络合料）对印花织物白底的沾染
In rinse baths it largely prevents staining of the white grounds by unfixed dye and dye that has been separated from the material. Furthermore, the prints can be treated in the final rinse bath to improve their wet fastness properties.
本产品对于在洗涤过程中的白底有很大的保护作用，另外，可以在最后一遍洗涤过程中进行固色处理以提高印花织物的湿牢度

Dyeing wool/polyamide blends 羊毛/尼龙混纺织物
When used with these blends, especially to produce pale and medium shades, acid or metal complex dyes exhaust preferentially onto the polyamide component, which has the stronger affinity.
当染混纺织物尤其是中浅色时，酸性或金属络合染料会优先上色到尼龙成分
ERIONAL FRN is therefore required to improve levelness and ensure satisfactory solidity. The amount normally used is

The precise amount needed in any given case depends on the dye, depth of shade, dyeing method, and the material. Pale shades, dyes with a fast rate of uptake, and high-affinity polyamide fibers generally call for high amounts. Too much ERIONAL FRN, however, can saturate the polyamide.
Preliminary trials should therefore be carried out to determine the amount of ERIONAL FRN needed.
准确的加入量取决于染料、织物颜色的深浅、染色方法以及织物成分等。浅色、上色率快的染料以及亲尼龙，通常需要的量大。ERIONALFRN的量大可以浸透尼龙组分。

The polyamide component can be effectively reserved against substantive dyes by 0.5–2% ERIONAL® FRN

ERIONAL FRN should not be added to copper sulfate after-treatment liquors because one-bath application can lead to precipitation.

ERIONAL FRN permits one-bath dyeing of these blends under the weakly acid pH conditions essential for minimum fiber damage. It reserves the wool component against non-fast staining by substantive dyes, and promotes level uptake of acid dyes onto the wool.Required amount 0.5–2% ERIONAL® FRN

The degree of reservation depends largely on the affinity of the substantive dyes used, the dyeing temperature, and the bath pH.

Stripping 剥色
Polyamide material treated with ERIONAL FRN is difficult to re-dye or over-dye. The product should therefore first be largely stripped from the fiber by treating with
2–3 ml/l ammonia 24% and if necessary
1–2 g/l TINEGAL® W or ALBEGAL® W
15–20 min at the boil
In the case of correcting wool dyeings treated with ERIONAL FRN the pH should not exceed pH 8–8.5 and maximum temperature of 85°C.
用ERIONALFRN处理过的尼龙织物一般很难重新染色或覆盖染色。因此织物一般先用下列方案深入的剥色：

The handle of the goods may change slightly (becoming firmer, fuller), depending on the amount of ERIONAL FRN used, the fabric construction and the temperature during drying or post-setting.
The effects obtainable by after treating with ERIONAL FRN are stable to dry heat at the usual setting temperatures, but they can be impaired by intense pressure steaming. Increasing the amount of fixative will often improve the stability of the effects to steaming.
本产品的使用或许会有点改变（变硬，潮湿）,取决于FRN的用量、织物的结构以及干燥或拉伸时的温度。通常讲，干热的设定温度下染色后使用FRN是稳定的，但是大量高压蒸汽会削弱使用效果。但是可以通过加大固色剂的用量来改善此影响。
