USES（用途）

VD-017 diffusion accelerant is recommended for HT-exhaust dyeing with disperse dyes of 100 % PES as well as blends like PES/WO, PES/Elastane and PES/CEL (two-bath process only)

VD-017扩散促进剂强烈推荐用于高温竭染的分散染料，可广泛用于100%涤纶以及其混纺织物，如涤纶/羊毛，涤纶/氨纶以及涤棉（只能用在两浴法）。

 It is particularly suitable for PES microfiber.

特别适用于涤纶超细纤维
Due to its excellent dye migration promoting effect it is well suited for correcting of faulty dyeings.

由于其良好的促进染料扩散效果，非常适用于纠正错误染色

Dissolving/diluting

VD-017 is dissolved by pouring on minimum 4 times its weight of warm water (40–60°C)
and stirring vigorously until added to the dyebath.

将VD-017溶解在至少4倍其重量的温水中(40–60°C)用力搅拌，直到加进染浴中。

*0.5–1.0 g/l       VD-017     pale to medium shades浅色到中等色调

Full-white of PES, PES/EL, PES/CO, PES/CO/EL, PES/WO and c.d.PES, c.d.PES/EL

Correcting of faulty dyeings：

Lightening of too dark shades on 100 % PES (use liquor ratio >1:10)

NOTES

注意

• VD-017 is not recommended for fabrics which are exposed to high ambiente temperature

• light exposure like automotive textiles as it might have a slight impact under these conditions.

易于暴露在光照下的纺织品（如汽车饰物）可能有轻微的影响

• VD-017 is fully compatible with all recommended dyeing auxiliaries used on PES and its blends.

VD-017在用于涤纶及其混纺织物时，跟其他纺织助剂完全兼容

• Blends of PES/WO or PES/EL require lower temperatures (see above) and in the case of PES/WO also a wool protecting agent (see below).

涤/毛或 涤纶/尼龙的混纺织物需要较低的温度(见上文) ，而以防意外，涤/毛织物需要羊毛保护剂(见下文)。

PES/WO dyeing

涤纶/羊毛染色

For dyeing polyester/wool blends under high temperature conditions, an addition of 3–4% MIRALAN^® HTW（亨斯迈的一款羊毛保护剂）is recommended to prevent damage of the wool component.

在高温条件下染涤纶/羊毛混纺织物时，建议加入3–4% MIRALAN^® HTW（亨斯迈的一款羊毛保护剂）以防破坏羊毛成分
PES/CEL dyeing

涤/棉染色

To avoid possibly retarding effects to NOVACRON^® dyes VD-017 must not be used in one-bath dyeing processes. For the use in two-bath processes care must be taken, to wash off thoroughly VD-017 residues prior to the cross dyeing with NOVACRON dyes.
Preliminary trials with VD-017 are required.

为了避免可能对NOVACRON^®染料产生的阻碍作用，使用VD-017染色不能用于一浴法染色工艺，在两浴法染色时必须要小心，在使用NOVACRON交叉染色之前必须要彻底洗干净VD-017残留物。

需要对VD-017进行初步测试。
