Pretreatment of cotton and blended woven fabric, knitted fabric, yarn and cheese

process：
Scouring enzyme   2~3g/l  
water(100%)  1~2g/l
NaOHor Na2CO3   0~1g/l     
liquor ratio:1:10~20   
temperature：95 - 100℃ 
time:50~60min

technological process

Add scouring enzyme into the cylinder →heat to 50 ~ 60 ℃→add H2O2 →cyclic heating130℃heat preservation 15min or 120 ℃heat preservation 25min or100 ℃ heat preservation  50 ~ 60 min→clear up→hot water washing (60 ℃, at a time) →clear up→Deoxidize enzyme processing 10 ~ 15 min → dyeing

Process：

Padding Scouring enzyme liquid→steaming100±2℃ⅹ60~70min→washing
